No. I can't fall asleep with the TV on because I'll dream about whatever I'm hearing. It freaks me out! And of course, it's very convoluted then! It shows me how much our unconscious mind picks up that it filters through to our dreams. So no, I turn the TV off (or set it on the timer), when I'm in bed.

The one thing that definitely sends me to sleep is the voice of the commentators on horse racing programs, i don't know why but they always seem to have very soothing voices x
