Its d.
All plants have cell walls. Most fungi do have cell walls, but again, there are exceptions. The same case with bacteria. animal cells (all of them) have a cell membrane only.

bacteria
Around the outside of the cell membrane is the bacterial cell wall. Bacterial cell walls are made of peptidoglycan (called murein in older sources), which is made from polysaccharide chains cross-linked by unusual peptides containing D-amino acids.[55] Bacterial cell walls are different from the cell walls of plants and fungi, which are made of cellulose and chitin, respectively.[56] The cell wall of bacteria is also distinct from that of Archaea, which do not contain peptidoglycan. The cell wall is essential to the survival of many bacteria, and the antibiotic penicillin is able to kill bacteria by inhibiting a step in the synthesis of peptidoglycan.[56]
There are broadly speaking two different types of cell wall in bacteria, called Gram-positive and Gram-negative. The names originate from the reaction of cells to the Gram stain, a test long-employed for the classification of bacterial species.[57]
plants
Plant cells are quite different from the cells of the other eukaryotic kingdoms' organisms. Their distinctive features include:
* A large central vacuole (enclosed by a membrane, the tonoplast), which maintains the cell's turgor and controls movement of molecules between the cytosol and sap, which stores useful material and waste.
* A cell wall composed of cellulose, and in many cases lignin, and deposited by the protoplast on the outside of the cell membrane. This contrasts with the cell walls of fungi, which are made of chitin, and prokaryotes, of flagella (including conifers and flowering plants) also lack centrioles that are present in animal cells.
animals are the only ones which dont not have a cell wall.

D, animals have cell membranes instead of cell walls. Although our membranes aren't as strong as the walls, they still do their job.
