I'm not all that good at carving, but lemme know when you find someone to help you and I'll dig out all the seeds, wash them and then make cinnamon roasted pumpkin seeds to munch on while you carve them :)

Whatever you want... how about Nosferatu? Here's a suggestion of how to do it: Just take a picture, print out a mirror image of it, then trace over it with Oil Pastels or Cray-paz, then rub the paper onto the pumpkin, transferring the Cray-paz image to the pumpkin. You'll still have to work out how it should be carved so that you don't cut out pieces you want to keep, and you don't have to use Nosferatu, but I always thought he looked good & creepy (see below).
