put alot of gel, make you hair look like you comb your hair with blood. Slick it back. The wet look the better.

For Girls:
It depends on if your hair is long or short. It also depends on if you want that look that you just climbed out of the coffin or are a new vamp. Are you a sexy vampire or a truly scary one?
Answers:
Sexy and new or not so scary ones will have ling straight black hair sometimes a splash of silver down a strand or two. ( Wigs work really well for this look)
Sacry and very dead and also shorter hair vamps, which is my favorites to do because they require a little more effort.
With your hair completely dry, put a tiny bit of cream rinse in your hair, work it through throughly, do a comb through so that every hair is protected.
Next take any baby powdwer or perfumed talc and douse all over your hair. I alway lean over the tub or shower to do this.
Fluff this in your hair completely. Now tease or rat your hair, so that you look like a wild thing from the world of weird.
Next, smooth it down just on the top layer. You now have that undeda look.
For added effects, get some of that spider-web stuff from the dollar stre and pin it from your hair ( be sure to hide the bobby pin) down to your costume and either trail it towards your fingers or to the bottom of the dress and or cape if you are wearing a cape.
For Guys: Put cream rinse in your hair, either part it down the middle like Count Ofloff or brush it straight back like Count Dracula and always dress like a million bucks.

well, i don't know what you're willing to do....but black hair is a definite for vampires, and if you can, make it shine. and if you don't want to cut it, try and brush it to where it covers half your face. a normal scene-ish hairstyle would be like, just covering the eye, or near the eye, but i think for a vampire you would try to cover more. but still show your whole mouth. i don't really know, i'm not an expert with hair, that's just what i think would be okay...

Buy some of that spray stuff that is black, spray it on your hair, part it down the middle. Add some hair spray, so it won't get messed up.
Add fangs, fake blood at the corner of your eyes and mouth. Dress all in black. Get a cheapie cape from the dollar store.
Presto, you are a vampire.

Dress as you normally do, then after a couple of hours start looking deep into peoples eyes and bite into their jugular feating on the hot oxidated blood of theor caroited artery. ...cheaper than beers and very believable.
