Well, it depends on the father's planet or origin. I mean, if it's from the planet Earfuqa1, then it's completely normal to have cranial swelling. If he's from Bufu2 and doesn't have abnormally large tentacles, then there might be cause for concern. I know just how you feel, I hate it when that happens to me, and it really sucks!!
I suppose it isn't all that abnormal, I mean you never really know what to expect with those sorts of pregnancies.
