Women are women, regardless of nationality.
Some women are, some aren't. It has nothing to do with what nation they live in.
Sure, some women in America are promiscuous but most aren't. It's the same everywhere. Some women in Europe are and some aren't, etc.
Same with men. Some are players and some aren't. Just because you see it in a movie doesn't mean it's true or applies to everyone in that area, gender, or sexual orientation.

Yes and no. We have no problem taking a lover if it suits us, BUT we don't hop in bed with every man who shows an interest.
I read a statistic that says over a womans lifetime she will have had 5 or so lovers. Some more...some less.
