My mom said for graduation i could either get a laptop or a sidekick lx..Which one should i get???

I would have immediately said the laptop if anyone in the world would've asked me such a wonderful question. Yeah the sidekick phone is nice, but there is so much more you can do with and benefit from a laptop. That's what I want for Christmas, and I'm gonna try to line things up to go for it... though my gal thinks I shouldn't and worry about something else coming up in the future. Oh no... I'll think for myself on that one... gimmie a laptop. Off I go!

Sidekick LX!
On the Sidekick you can still get on the internet, IM and store music, plus it is a phone and you can text. You are soooo lucky!

if you are graduating from high school then you could use the laptop for taking notes, writing an essay, research, email, etc. for if you go to college...
