I'm trying to look online for the best antivirus program of 2007-08, and I don't know what to do because every website I go to has different top tens, and I don't know which one to trust. Up until now I've been using Trend Micro, so I don't know, any advice?

I don't know the best, but i know the worst. And they are:
~Norton
~McAfee
~ZoneAlarm

Why worst? one of the many reason's is, they slow your computer down (they really do), it's hard to get rid of them (they try to stick in your machine even if you do uninstall them), and last but not least, almost all hackers/viruses know that one of those antivirus software is running in your computer. They know how to get away with it. And even if you always update your virus definitions, it would take them a couple of days to find out about these new viruses. And before they make a cure for it, it already has infected your computer. You might be able to clean/remove it later, but the damage has been done.

The only best defense you can have, is you. You know what site's not to go to, you know what not to download, you know not to open emails and attachments from people you don't know... you're a smart person, you knew it.
