Im 3 months pregnant and I have a little brother that seems to be really attached to me! My mom told me that im going to have a girl because when a woman has a girl, little boys are attached to you and when its a boy, little girls are attached to you. If you had a little boy or a little girl when you were pregnant again..did your child do that? did you notice anything?

You know, there are all sorts of superstitions surrounding pregnancy, and sometimes they turn out. It's funny, though, me and two of my other friends had our first kids right around the time time and then they had their seconds and now I'm pregnant. We have all agreed that our first child got clingly, even before we were showing. So one thing to think about is, are you really close to your little brother? If so, he may sense that he will be having competition soon (or he may know, if you've told him and he's old enough to understand) and that might worry him. Also, he could just be curious. When I was pregnant with my first one, my baby brother was four and was very excited. When we told him that I was pregnant and had a baby in my tummy he insisted the entirety of my pregnancy that he had a little horse in his tummy! It was hilarious. I am never one to discount old traditions and such, because you just never know!

I think it's safe to say that, that is an old wives tale. My son was particularly close to me during my last pregnancy.......and guess what? I had another son! * smiles*
