water freezes at zero degrees, if the freezer is at -40 degrees C. than the ice will be -40 degrees, the ice will get colder
ice will be at the temperature of the freezer
I have attached an article to give examples of different temperatures of ice for background information

Once water freezes, it can be cooled to nearly any lower temperature, as nearly all materials. In degrees F, most home freezers are designed to maintain around -10 to -15. Commercial freezers or high-end home freezers maintain 0 or below. Those designed for special purposes can go far below that.
Whether it's time for a new job or a new attitude is a matter for counseling.

Probably not.....water freezes at 32 deg F, but when frozen, ice can still be cooled to a lower temp than 32 Deg., and the chance that two freezers are set at the same temp are slim to none.
My chest freezer is set at 5 Deg F, so the ice stored in it is at 5 Deg. F. The freezer in my fridge is set to a highr temp, so the ice in it is warmer than the ice in my chest freezer.

Others have answered your first question, so I'll answer the second. Yes, it is time for a new job if all you do at your current job is stare at the wall and "come up with questions like this."

Depends
one may have 0 degree while other may be at -15 degrees.
But if they are in equilibrium in water but still they are ice then both are at same 0 degree temp.

No matter what kind of freezer you use, ice is still 0 degrees Celsius. Because if the ice is made out of pure water, its freezing point is at 0 degrees. Unless you add salt or other impurities, then the temperature might vary. But otherwise, its 0 Degrees Celsius.
EDIT: I get three thumbs down for repeating something I learnt in 6th grade? Neat.
