I remember some people (one person) on yahoo answers asking questions about how bad the Republicans are going to feel when Padilla is acquitted, after having held him without bail for so long, etc. That person was wrong, he was not acquitted.

Now that there is going to be a trial, he is no longer accused of the dirty bomb.
