Do they say redeemable in Silver or "Silver Certificate" on the front? If so and in excellent condition they might be worth a few dollars more but not much.

unless they are in perfect condition(never folded even once) or some kind of oddity about the bills, like an error or something. they are worth nothing more then the value printed on the bill

They are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them. A collector might pay more, but that's doubtful.
