willow tree?

I do not know how to get the willow tree started. Don't understand the bottom on ow to get started.

If you are trying to start a cutting it is easy. Take a 10" cutting from the end of a branch. Aout the same diameter as a pencil.put it in a jar with 3" of water. Change the water every few days so it does not get stagnant. When the roots are well formed plant it in the ground.
