i would assume (based on the pictures i saw and stories i heard) that they wore nothing but a cloth that cover their genitalia and butt. also, they have a formal and daily costumes. sometimes when they are celebrating something, they would draw on their faces and wear that thing on top of their heads but on a normal day, i think, they would take that off.

Depends on weather, and modesty? loin clothes out of animal skins logical(summer) attire, heavier winter wear, furs.
