How can I tell if my employer is monitoring my Internet use with programs such as keystroke recorder, etc?

Question

I would imagine programs such as this would not appear on the add/delete list that can easily be viewed.

How can I tell if programs like this (or programs with the same goal) are being used on my office computer?
