I've stayed there once, and it was very pretty. I like the Mandalay Bay Hotel, Treasure Island or the RIO. Treasure island you can get rooms there for almost nothing. However the Mandalay Bay, the rooms are a pretty penny, but worth it. I know Loew's has some great views from their rooms and some great food. Try going here to either of these sites, and they will help you out. http://www.itravel.bz or

spx. If you're looking for 'night life' then Loew's really isn't the place. If you are looking for the night life, try the RIO or Hard Rock.

It's miles and miles away from the Strip and downtown Las Vegas. Lake Las Vegas is like a Trappist monastery with overpriced homes around it. If you want seclusion, then you picked the right place.
