Scrape it with shart tool - Do it around 4:00 pm after it heates up in afternoon so it will be softer. If it still dosen't come out use torch to burn it.

Loosen by applying motor oil. Work it around with a brush. Now spray with ''Gunk'' engine degreaser (available at autoparts stores). Rince with water.

Boil it...I think that would work, as one of them surely has a lower melting point than the other.
