I don't think it's so obvious. How about if it's on their back?

Sorry. I did not mean to sound mean.

I am anti-tattoo. I've been to Singapore and Micronesia, where the art flourishes. I don't have any paint on me.

To my mind, it is self mutilation, like piercing and hair sculpture.

I've lived in the jungle. I believe in nature's way.

I just think about how tattoo's spread after some time and how in 40 years we are going to have a bunch of grandmothers with walkers and "Born to raise hell" tattoo's on their arms.

nah, I just ignore it. No sense in starting a argument or ruining their feelings. I am sure I would not be the only one to notice how bad it looked. No need to bash them over the head with a rude comment

not really...i would first see the size of the person that has the really bad tattoo...if it is a big brawny type of guy...i would just walk pass him...saying things like that would be like a deathwish on my part!!!but seriously speaking even though the guy would be just a normal person...i don't think that i would say anything JUST IN CASE...he has big brawny guys as his friends ; )

I haven't seen to many bad tattoos, but I'd say nothing. If pressed the words 'unique' and 'interesting' would be how I'd describe it.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Some tattoo's are crudely done on purpose.

That's a great question... I ask something similar to it like - "You're kid got a hold of you while you were sleeping eh? Ink pens and kids don't mix... " I get some pretty strange responses, but it's all fun.

I'd just say ... "Wow ... That best example of the Drunken Caveman Style that I've seen in 5.6 Million years!"

I wouldn't say anything, silly.

If someone's hair looks awful, do you walk up to them and announce it?

Common courtesy requires that you not make negative remarks to people about their appearance.

I wouldn;t say anything to them; as i;m sure they feel bad enough their self' as they have to of noticed it' and to realize their stuck with it 'unless they have thousands; for a Doctor to get it off.,.,.,.,
