8/7c refers to the time that a tv show is on with regard to the time zones across America. It means "8 Eastern/7 Central. Within the Eastern and Central times zones, 8:00 and 7:00 actually occur at the same time. So a tv show that is on at 8pm on in the eastern time zone will be showing simultaneously at 7pm in the central time zone.

it means the show or whatever will be playing at 7:00 central time. use this compared to where u liv to find out what time its playing by u

it is usually referred to TV programs. 8 o clock eastern time, 7 o clock central time
