Biological life ends when the brain quits functioning, I think. But biographical life ends when you quit interacting and consciously forming the life you lead. I see many people with dementia in my job. Mechanics and doctors all begin to act the same as the dementia worsens. I would say their biographical life ends at some point before the dementia/Alzheimers reduces them to a second infancy.

biologic life ends when the brain is no longer functioning....biographical life is the story of what one has done during his life and would include death...but biographical life is like "if a tree falls in the forest, and there is no one to hear it, did it make any noise....if there is no one to tell the story of your life there can be no biography

Biological is the living of it; biographical is the telling of the living of it.
