I wash them while I am cooking and then right after eating

It's better to do them right away so they don't stink and food doesn't get stuck on to them. But I personally prefer not doing them at all- so if it were up to me we'd all be eating off of paper plates or just hiring someone to do my dishes.

Definately better to wash them right after. They are easier to clean, and then its also out of the way for you to enjoy the rest of your evening without chores sitting waiting on you to face. I also like my kitchen better clean!

Right After you eat! UGH ... who wants dirty dishes sitting in the sink for who knows how long .. and when food residue dries on the dishes .. NASTY.

I just put them in the dishwasher right after dinner. The pots and pans sometimes wait though.

Wash them and get it over with. I don't know about you but after some meals I tend to get sleepy.

depends... if you are a pig, lazy, and enjoy insects and foul smells in your house, later... if you dont like the smell of decaying food, the buzz of insects, and the sight of a pile of dirty dishes, right after.
