Good point, and why chase road runner anyway there's little meat on him for all that effort - actually any effort. I guess Wile and Road Runner must have been employed by ACME as part of an advertising campaign.

He had a deal with ACME that if he would keep using their stuff on camera then they wouldnt charge him. And ACME make a REALLY bad chicken salad. Would be tastier to eat the rocket. Probably safer too

Because the American thing to do would be to keep ACME in business, or the product and support would be out-sourced and possibly tainted with lead.
