Iran is a foe and a villain - at least the leadership. Their extremist ideas can blow up the whole planet

They are a foe,
We are sitting on the edge of potential world war 3 with Iran and N. Korea, Depending on how political leaders handle this situation we could be in ww3 in the next year or so.

Iran, is just Iran. Just as Egypt is Egypt. As America is America. When you allow despots to run the country in question, you invite anarchy. At one time in the not too distant past Persia was the greatest country in the world. They had doctors who knew how to treat diseases we haven't even heard of yet, they had philosophers, teachers, engineers. People of great learning who were willing and able to teach all they knew to everyone interested. After the Mongol invasion the world went to hell. Everyone was at each others' throats and it continues today. All, in my opinion, because of a few GREEDY, non-caring individuals who would rather control the populations of their respective countries to their own agendas, than to further their countries through cooperation and understanding of the world around them. In a nutshell.

Iran isn't my friend...but I don't plan to be drafted to fight Iran for corporate interests in oil, and preserving Israel. Let Iran and Israel duke it out. Let every Islamic nation duke it out with Israel, and let the United States stop funding Israel, and their Army.

Unlike USA, UK and Israel, Iran didn't harm or attack any other nation as far as I remember.
