I'd start my own space program, dig canals to bring water to the desert, plant trees along every road in America, build storm resistant low income housing in safe areas, invest in alternative energy, and build a huge underground mansion/resort.

Besides, you get to wear a gorgeous, glittery fairy outfit, be responsible for evoking the imagination of Children everywhere, and watch their eyes sparkle, and dance with anticipated delight.
But mostly, it is because I'd get to sprout wings and Fly. I don't know what I'd do with the teeth though....
