I think we should do the following:

1) Knock out the power grid
2) Knock out bridges and main streets.
3) Then hit the nuclear sites that exist
4) Hit all government buildings
5) Hit universities where radical Islam is taught.

Just an idea...what do you think?

You miss the point of the Iran terrorists. They don't want to comply! They WANT to start WW3 so the Prophet that fell in a well a 1,000 years ago can wake up and escape to rule what will be left of the world!!! There is no talk that will work!! You must kill that thought!! If you can't, we will be in a confrontation they wish to have. They plan on dying and losing!! They want that Prophet to escape! You can't "Peace talk" this idiot!! Just wondering why Iran, or any sovereign nation for that matter, should comply with the USA?

Just who gave the USA the right to tell others what to do?

When is it our turn to give orders to you - get rid of the SUV's, don't use oil, get a proper national health system, change the way you elect the President to a more democratic method, stop giving farmers subsidies that hurt your allies around the world.............. well, how do you like it?

And then you think you have the right to impose your will under threat of arms?????????

What happens when Iran fights back? Are you going to be on the front line, or hiding in the bunker with "chicken" Bush, who ducked Vietnam thanks to daddy's money? Maybe you'll be with Chaney (just make sure no-one gives him a gun?

By the way - so far the civilian death toll in Iraq is in the hundreds of thousands - are you trying fo a millon?

Ahhhh well - no best answer this time...........

Why should they comply with us? We have the " do as I say, not as I do" policy. We talk about them not getting nukes, yet the country that is most dangerous to us Pakistan with its unstable government and with its Al Qaeda supporters in the nation and the government, has nukes and has not secured them. Al Qaeda has a better chance of getting nukes from them but it is okay- " they're our friends" (through bully tactics) and those who feel weak will try to curry favor with the bully until they either lose their soul or grow strong enough to fight back. The playground mentality is rampant with this adminstration which is just so sad. I would have thought we knew better.
We want to put missiles in Czechoslovakia, Poland, but other countries cannot have anything to protect themselves from us.
We have a President who attacked a country that did not provide aid in terms of human resources or money to facilitate the attack on us and other countries are supposed to bow down to the US. Afghanistan- righteous attack, Iraq- dumb move.
As much as I hate to say it, those are the actions of a bully. Iran hates us, not just because of our recent actions but because of our undermining THEIR democracy in 1953 which resulted in a US supported dictator who oppressed his people and killed them with impunity for 25 years by utilizing a secret police force which was considered at the time worse than the KGB- the Savak.
While we need to protect ourselves, being overseas en masse is NOT homeland security.

To those who suggest we should stop buying their oil, you show your ignorance.
FACT: We don't buy oil from Iran and we have not done so since 1979 after the toppling of our favored dictator.

it seems to me the USA is getting more and more aggressive.Iran as i see it poses no threat to America.it cant invade it cant starve you out it cant impose sanctions.the government of Iran may appear to run the country but that's an illusion.the country is controlled by the mullahs who conduct Friday prayers and use the occasion to inflame anti us/western feelings.i doubt these people suffer hardships due to the trade embargoes like the average citizen but it gives them an awfull lot of ammo to use.lift the embargoes open normal relations stop waving the big stick and improve the lot of the average Joe and you never know they may even become friends.

I think you are insane... do you have any idea what all that would start..... we have more enemies than friends in the world right now... and we know we are not infallible

You are obviously either very young or very naive to think that starting even more conflict is a good thing.
