I love firefox! I am using it right now. GO ahead and try it out, but KEEP your IE! There are things that you can do with IE that you cant with FF.

Firefox is good, i use it as my default browser...
Internet Explorer 7 is pretty OK also.
Everyone ive talked to always says pros and cons about both..its just a personal preference at the end of the day, you either like it or not and its whatever you find easier and quicker to use...
In my opinion, you should opt for Firefox but also use IE whenever you want also but as a secondary preference

C'mon Ash, much of "what's better" depends on personal opinion and how it suits the individual user. Firefox used to be much more secure than IE, but I think IE has closed the gap with the latest version.
Best way to tell is to download FF and try it out.
Good Luck

No contest! Firefox is much better. There are others to try as well - you can have more than one installed on your PC. Opera and Avant are worth checking as well. And they are ALL much smaller than IE!

I LOVE firefox, and its Tabs (which is something that even the latest version of IE still sucks at, haha!). It's also got some lovely plug-ins, so yeah, I say go FIREFOX! ^_____^
