i bought a d link wireless adsl2+ router and 2 units of laptop...and planning to do networking...how will i connect this 2 units with only one internet provider...tnks

Well the router connects to the internet. Your computers connect to the router. Poof, only one internet provider needed. The Router will provide "local" IP addresses and translate between the IP provided by the internet provider and each machine!

I would follow the instructions supplied with the router. These should be very in depth and step by step. If you have any trouble ask online again
