i've seen german tv and it's not that bad compared to here. spanish tv, i agree, it's much worse. australian tv - another american wannabe. japanese tv - quite fun, but oddly enough the british tv in general, old shows, old dramas? whats up with that???

Hahaha... oh theres a lot of countries that have worse...
not ALL british TV sucks... it may seem under budgeted and have poorer acting compared to something american... but thats just america's thing.... TV and film.. but have you seen how thing are presented in america? like the graphics for the news... so boring and dull and old fashioned... compared to our TV aesthetics...
plus the types of cameras, filters and lenses effect the look of a tv show too.. like in post production editing... and then you got allllll of the UK's accents which dont go down well compared to the smooth sounding american accent lol!

I didn't realize that it did. I love many of the shows made in England and brought over here. Many American shows are based upon English programmes. I MUCH preferred the English series "The Office" over the American. I think the Brits have great writers & humor.

Apparently you haven't seen American TV. I think American TV is dreadful.

Yup. The UK tv sucks alright...but you have BBC 1 and 2 to thank for that. And they have the nerve to charge people in the UK for a license....something that should have been abolished years ago.

Watch any other nations TV and I think you will find the BBC in particular comes out head and shoulders above the vast majority, if not them all.

I think you will find British TV the envy of the world. You`ve obviously never seen Spanish, it sucks............
