I worked as an extra under an AFTRA contract and the part I was in aired, but I was not shown. Will I still get paid?

Yes. You worked, you get paid regardless of what the editor did BUT usually it takes a few weeks for these things to air, you should have gotten paid after about 2 weeks. I'd make a phone call if I were you.

No guarentees since you were not shown. Talk to an AFTRA representitive for details about your specific cercumstance as these things seem to be taken on a case by case basis.

Yes you should get paid, the contract matters not if you are seen, they frequently edit out portions but you still were there. Good Luck!!

You were there you should be paid. Media companies have a degree of arrogance not seen in many other places and you have to chase them to get what you earned. The big stars have big lawyers so get paid

If you did the work, you should still get paid. The editing is a creative decision, and has nothing to do with you.
