i want to find the name of land owner of agriculture land

In the area I live in, they have plat maps outlining all the land owners. Here is is primarily because there is so much hunting, that way people can ask the landowner to hunt their land. The plat books and maps here are available for purchase at the local gas stations, plus the Realtors put out maps also. They might also be a good resource.
One place to look would be the county website. You can usually search tax records by property address. Search for your county and look for the assessors area of the website.
The other would be simply to go up to the door of the nearest home/farmstead and ask. People on Ag land are typically used to people coming to their door by either hunters or people interested in purchasing land from them. I do not think you will have a hard time that way.

If you have an address or a tax key number, it should be available in the treasurer's or assessor's office. In some places it is more readily available at the county offices, and at other places try the town, city, or village government offices.
