If China's head of state, who lives in exile in the United States of America, wanted, as a third-generation American, to return home to China to maintain the peace of China as well as to empower China by God's standards of goodness; if China's emperor wanted to bring the truth of God to China, a land of 1.3 billion atheist, is this a good thing and should President Bush try to foster good people to be our allies around the world?

China's current succession emperor is a Chinese-American of the third generation. He completed his bachelors in business and history.

He is an upright man and a true believer in the god of the Bible. A man willing to stand with truth and upright integrity!

Consider this. A democracy in China would not free Tibet, nor stop China from forcibly annexing Taiwan. They would not try to force the North Koreans to get rid of their nukes. They would repeal the laws that allow only one child per family. Their population would double in twenty-five years. What do countries do when they have too many people and have a huge military force? Would a Theocracy in China promote democracy or would it be just another form of dictatorship? The day of emperors and royalty is long gone. Religious leaders are the enemies of today, and maybe tomorrow.

A country the size and diversity of China would be thrust into utter chaos under the democracy we conventionally understand.
I find it difficult to accept that the entire population is of one mind with regard to atheism. The sudden freedom to worship would make a mess as it always has.
The divisions among the people with respect to language, culture, location and historical entitlement may lead to civil war.
No, China has little choice but to remain under the control of a strong central government or it will fraction and become a conglomeration of small, weaker nation-states resistent to interdependency.
The rest of the world would fractionalize by taking positions of support for one or more of them.
China is best left to evolve on its own IMHO.

How is the man you described the head of state for China? If he is a third generation American, this seems highly un-likely... But, other than that, I'd like to see China continue in communism, and I believe that Russia is more than half-way towards joining them. This is a political idea that needs some re-wiring, but has potential to be useful... in my opinion...
Yeah, I'm stupid... Call me a "commi"

Not only Me and all Americans, citizens of all countries do support Democracy in China and all other countries. This is because, whether a country is developed or developing, it has to either offer help or assistance, or, receive assistance, so only when all the countries have democracy in operation and peace exists.

i don't believe there is any such thing as a deocracy, i bekieve that democracy is a theory that doesn't work in practical application. it's a framework for a utopian society and that is wishful thinking.i feel a true democracy would actually be anarchy and without rules & constraunts, we would be even less civlized than animals in the jungle. although we already have people doing whatever they want with no fear of punishment or reprisal.

First of all China has fought to destroy religion to control as many aspect of their people lives as possible, Secondly they would be Buddhist long before going Christian, Third I don't want to see China as a real super power so no I don't want to see them go democratic, Lastly your arrogance that god or Christianity would change China is idiotic at best, like religion or the lack there of is the problem there.

Putting an emperor in power isn't instilling democracy. Christianity isn't democracy either by a long shot.
What you suggest is not democracy, and I for one would never support it.

Yeah, just like the catholic church did in Europe for hundreds of years. Kill everyone who doesn't believe in your god's goodness. As far as the bible, which version of the twenty do you mean?
