John Fogerty - new album "Revival"

This is a fantastic Creedence sendup of all new originals. Must have if you own Chronicles compilations. You'll love Gunslinger, Long Dark Night, and the un-cheesy, appropriately titled Creedence Song.

Josh Rouse - Under Cold Blue Stars

Has some great tracks and hangs together really well as an album. Ideal for autumn nights.

PS "If You're Feeling Sinister" is a great album, you've reminded me I need to listen to that again soon.

Mariah Carey's Emancipation Of Mimi. I'm a huge fan though. No filler on that album which is why I buy her albums and download everybody else's.
Update: Wow that is like SO weird someone just said the same thing. lmao... There you go.

That would be two CDs by Laura Veirs: "Saltbreakers" (2007) & "Year of Meteors." (2005). Veirs is now a third favourite alt. rock singer-songwriter of mine, right up there w/ Tori Amos and Charlotte Martin. Incidentally, I currently have eight Tori Amos albums.
