Life sucks...I know. Since you are 16, I am guessing you are a Junior in school and that means you still have time to apply for scholarship.

These website might help you.
www.fastweb.com
www.scholarship.com

and if you search scholorship, you have a greater chance to find a scholarship you need

you can always apply for financial help like school load for low income family.

sorry. I am still in school so i can't support you .

Scholarships are not given out because of desperation. You never once say why you are worth investing in, what you want to study, what profession you want to be in, and if you are going to make any sort of commitment in the future to fund education for others. No one is going to give you a scholarship based on what you've said -- they are going to run the other way! Make a visit to your school's guidance counselor, and talk to him or her about what you want to study and what profession you would like to pursue. It's that person's job to help you identify financial aid resources and potential colleges. And start working NOW -- babysit, clean houses, do yard work. Your goal is that a scholarship committee will look at you and say, "This person is a reliable person with a great head on her shoulders, who is motivated and self-reliant. This person is worth investing in."

if you live in Cleveland, OH there's the Cleveland Scholarship Program. There is no quick fix for this, sadly. You need to talk to the local colleges there and ask about financial aid to help you, and the scholarship programs in your community. There's a LOT out there, but you have to start early to look and apply.

Life's a bi+ch, ain't it?
I can't really help you, but I can suggest you look for odd jobs around the area if you truly are that desperate. Mow lawns, wash cars, clean houses, run errands, walk dogs; there's all sorts of things people will pay you to do. Or pawn off some of your stuff. (That's the extremely desperate phase.)
At 16 you can get jobs at fast-food restaurants or grocery stores. It isn't glamorous, but it pays.
You'll learn pretty quick that people don't just dish out dollars whenever someone says they need it. You have to earn it.
Good luck and God bless you.
