I have had a sore arm for a while. The elbow hurts when I press it and when resting it hurts more along with the forearm.
Am taking Bio Magnesium tablets once a day - since last week. Is this good? Doctors cannot help me even with numbness in fingers during the night but only occuring once every few nights. Was told it is not Carpal Tunnel which I knew already. Can any help me as why this is happening ?
Muchly appreciated. Bethany

I have the exact same thing. The doctor told me it is "tennis elbow"...never played the game in my life..lol
What it means is, there are ligaments and tendons that have just been worn out. There is a brace your doctor can prescribe to help take the pressure off and help with the pain. I also would recommend massage therapy. I did that, and it really helped. Also resting it and trying to ease off on the hard stuff, like opening jars, or pulling and lifting with that arm. It's hard, because it is on my dominate arm, but I do it, the pain is worse when I over use it. It has also gotten better because I am no longer writing as much as I did, I had a tendency to press down really hard on the paper, cause undue stress to my arm.
Check with your doctor, he might be able to prescribe that brace, or, you might be able to find one at a good pharmacy.
Good luck

It caused by inflammation and you need to go on anti-inflammatory drugs, surprised the Doc did not prescribe you some.
