Nope.
Jesus was Jewish...so he would've sat around for a month collecting estimates. G-d knew he had to do it himself.
(I am Jewish, so I can make this joke without getting slapped...)

Jesus did create the world and all things.
Jesus is GOD. God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. 1John 5;7- For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
Jesus is the Word. John1;1 - In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1 ;14 - And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
Ephesians 3;9 - And to make all [men] see what [is] the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:

In the beginning was the Word... the Word was God. The Word dwelled among men. (check the first chapter of John's gospel).
With the word of God, created the world. (Check the first chapter of Genesis).
From the two passages, we can see that God's word was a beign who was Christ.
Sorry if this concept is strange but I see God as more intelligent than I am and also many people have seen that Christ=The Word=God.

I doubt it as He was an unskilled person in matters of development and construction.He was only fit for what God chose him to do at a later stage.

God is almighty. He could have created the world in a single day all by himself if he wanted to. There is a reason why he took so many days. He would have told us or stated it in the Bible if he wanted us to know the reason. Or maybe it is clearly stated in the Bible except we don't notice it. Thanks.
