Yes there are.In this library I have read one.Islamic centers will gladly send you one for free.You can also order and buy one in a bookstore.My wife is Muslem and we have one at home in English but I better never touch it because I am a Christian and would sort of dirty it. My wife would get very angry.

Go to any ole bookstore and they should have quite a selection of translations.
I bought mine at a Barnes and Noble.
