I'd have to go with the majority here and say JRT as well. It's a little hard telling from the position the dog's in in that pic though, so I could be wrong.

He looks like he could be a boxer mix. Like part boxer and part lab or something like that. You can probably see more of that when he grows up and his legs are long and his body gets big. But boxers are known to have big body's too.
Anyways love him no matter what he is!

His head type looks very pit like to me, he also seems to big to be a jack russell.
