Fiberglass insulation with paper backing between the studs and tyvek wrap on the outside. You can also finish the exterior with insulated vinyl siding.

Depending on the types of lumber used, 2 x 4, rolled insulation is R-13, 2 x 6 is R-19. Then, if you want to add additional insulation, you can attach fanfold insulation to the exterior of the home and wrap it in Tyvek before you have siding installed.
