What permissions are needed for building a house and transportation for the house? How long do the permissions take? Months or weeks?

Cause we need to build it on an island, which is 5 km far away from the main land. So it's not possible to build on that island, no one would willing to build that under so unconvenient place. Transportation of finished house is a must.

If you're planning on physically moving a house, it can take months to secure the necessary permissions and to coordinate the movement of overhead utilities.

As far as a construction permit is concerned, in most jurisdictions it can be secured in a few days as long as the use is a conforming use for the local zoning laws.

Why are you considering building and then moving a house?? Just build it on site and save yourself a massive amount of hassle and expense!
