If you are a duly SWORN Law Enforcement Officer with arrest powers in the area you work and the State where you are has a guideline that meets the requirements set forth by the LEOSA, and your Dept. has a Policy guideline that allows it, you should be able to.

If you hold a current commission, yes you can. It is NOT only for full-time officers. If it were, retired officers couldn't carry. If you have a question about this, ask your prosecutor for assistance.

Only active personnel are allowed to carry concealed firearms.
