I think someone told me it was NLS or something like that and what data are you allowed to receive from the ISP? Would like it if someone with law enforcement experience answered it.

It's still called a subpoena, whether it's to have someone come to give testimony, or if it's to obtain records.

A subpoena is a court order for the person to appear in court and the reason for the order.
