If you died, and you saw God, and he said that you weren't worthy to enter Heaven, would you rather that he make you stop existing, or send you to eternal torture?

They are virtually the same. Hell is our grave.
(Ecclesiastes 9:5-6) For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten. 6Â Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they have no portion anymore to time indefinite in anything that has to be done under the sun.
Conscious of nothing at all...OBLIVION.
But only until the resurrection..
(Revelation 20:12-13) And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and scrolls were opened. But another scroll was opened; it is the scroll of life. And the dead were judged out of those things written in the scrolls according to their deeds. 13Â And the sea gave up those dead in it, and death and Ha′des gave up those dead in them, and they were judged individually according to their deeds.

I would rather oblivion than hell, unless there was some hope of eventually getting out of hell. But that doesn't appear to be an option. I'd rather oblivion.

Stop existing. I would only say for people who would answer this differently that I'm not sure they have a real understanding of what hell is like.
That said, thankfully, I don't have to be worthy, because clearly I am not. Jesus is my righteousness!

I would want torture so I can at least scream out for my mercy he will see i am a truly good person probably re-examine his decision because if you call out to God he will hear you and he has always heard me
