It's a bit on the low side. However, depending on your body type (are you just simply thin, petite in shape, etc.?), your diet (are you eating and just don't gain weight?), activity level (are you athletic?), etc., it may be just right for you.

You are also young. As you get a little older and your metabolism slows you may gain a little more.

For now, if you are eating healthily, feeling good, and able to do the activities you wish (you don't get dizzy, light-headed, or weak), you are probably just fine.

If I did my math right, that would make you about 99 or 100 pounds?? If that's right, I bet you look great. I am 5'4'' as well and I like to stay in the 95-105 pound range. It depends on how you feel, if you think you aren't healty, then maybe you should gain some weight.

Dear friend,
You are underweight. Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 17. Actually getting a result below 17.5 is considered as anorexia. The normal range for men is 20.7 to 26.4 and 19.1 to 25.8 for women. You can calculate your BMI by dividing your weight (kg) with your height(m), times your height(m).
Bye! ;)

According to the bmi it says you are underweight. Do you eat regular amount? three meals a day. Maybe you should talk to a docter if your really concerned.
