Tell her that's pretty gross and disgusting, and ask her why she'd want to do something like that. Try and be supportive, but make it clear that you don't support the purging -- just her!
Ask her to come out for a walk or a jog, or take a dance class or something healthy. That would be good for both of you!
I don't know about telling an adult. What's an adult going to do, anyway? Tell her it's gross and her teeth will fall out? I think all an adult can do is drive it underground. You can help her find info about purging (why it's bad), and you can help her find other ways to take care of herself.
Anyway, if she wants to tell an adult, that's up to her. Support her as much as you can, make it clear that you don't like purging, and if she starts to suck you into some bad lifestyle changes, be prepared to cut her off as a friend. If purging is more important to her than your friendship, then she's got big problems.

She is a bulimic if she has already purged. The first question is why? It is usually about control. She may feel that her body is the only thing she can control right now. The fact that you said she can't talk to an adult confirms it. Try getting down to the real problem and solving that. She may not feel that her main problem is connected with the puging but it always is.

She must really have issues with her weight. I bet she's already a thin girl that probably needs to tone up, but thinks she can still eat what she wants as long as she gets rid of it. We all know it's NOT HEALTHY. But maybe YOU should consider working out with your friend, two's provide way more encouragement, that way you both get closer and Reach your goals together so you can share the journey. Or you guys could go on a healthy eating kick and eat light or in moderation. Whatever you decide on, do it with her because she no longer can control it alone so be her "BRA" be her support!

ohh well telling an adult is the #1. option but the #2. option is too be there for her, comfort her has much as possible and tell her positive stuff to make her feel like shes not fat or eating too much. just make shure shes eating every day and not skipping meals or not getting the nutriets she needs but if all fails tell an adult because it would be better risking that than for her dieing and you knowing you could have helped.
Thank You- tell me if this helps.

She will probably be fine. I think a lot of people have tried purging once in their life and didn't end up with an eating disorder. Chill out, calm down and try to make her feel good about herself.

Being as while he spoke those words he became into on the sea shore. So he became into utilising words they could understand to lead them to comprehend they below his coaching could advance into leaders of adult men and produce them to GOD. Being as those words have been spoken basically to the destiny Apostles they have been meant in specific for them. i'm attempting to keep in mind if any the place in the Gospels if Jesus instructed the final public to advance into fishers of adult men or to income new followers and that i don't have confidence so. by using fact of this he chosen specific adult men to lead and practice people to obey GOD as to tutor the style of important challenge over to easily all and sundry could reason great confusion and divisions. Jesus knew our hearts and the character of guy as a consequence he chosen specific adult men to maintain on his challenge.

tell her that shes beautiful and you like her the way she is and that when you do that it really messes up your body and the acid from your stomack f&@Ks up your throut making your throut constantly hurt. i know someone who purged for awhile and she said that her throut would hurt really bad sometimes for no reason. kinda like when you eat a chip but you dont crunch it up enough so it just stratches down your throut? but let her know that its really dangerous and you dont want her to end up being sorry because you can die from bulimia and you dont want her to end up with that.

OK, if she did that she already has a problem. If you don't tell someone and get her help, you are no friend. Watch her waste away, ruin her health and become miserable, but for gosh sakes, DON"T RAT HER OUT!!
Grow up.
