I too wonder why some people, mostly hoodlums or people living on the edge of normal law-abiding society, hate cops.
Why is it that people hate cops? I hope you get some intelligent answers.

Law enforcement personnel aren't "Haterz". They are doing their job. If your not doing anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about. If your doing illegal drugs, tagging, gang banging, etc. then don't be suprised when they pull you over to ask you what your doing.

They aren't. I know where you're coming from, but they don't hate on people for doing drugs or speeding or anything. It's their job. We break the law, its the law's job to catch law-breakers.

I don't care for the cop who abuses his power.
And I don't care for the "good" cop who protects the abusive cop.
They both should find other jobs. They don't deserve to be cops.

Because many of them are corrupted and use their power to abuse people. Many are not enforcing the law like they should instead use their power to take their frustrations out on people. I don't hate them but I don't trust them See nobody cares until it happens in their own back yard . The way things are going now It is very likely that many people will experience injustices from the people who are suppose to protect..

greetings. cops are not haters, any more then the people who ran German concentration camps and extermination camps hated the people they murdered. they are people who simply follow orders and have no conscience to speak of. Our own torturers at secret concentration camps also do exactly the same thing. simply follow orders. No hate involved. simply mindless obedience and they do anything that their masters tell them to do. No problem for them.
