I'd like to be able to do insane stunts such as this. What type of special training do you need? (besides insanity, I have it.)

These are not insane stunts. These are controlled manoeuvres which require a high degree of skill and experience. You also need an aircraft which is certified for aerobatics (Pitts/Zlin) and permission from the local regulatory authority to perform these stunts at low level.

Firstly you must acquire a high degree of proficiency in flying accurately and you should practice till you have complete control over the aircraft in all attitudes of flight. You then progress to learning aerobatics at a higher altitude and fly these with precision. You should take a certain height as ground level and practice your stunts above this ensuring you never go below this (imagined) ground level. Once you have practiced well and learnt your and the aircraft limits one hundred percent, then you can start coming to lower levels gradually. Do all the above in a two seater aircraft with a really competent instructor who is a specialist in aerobatics. Let him check you out at each phase of flying, and I am sure you will reach a proficient level at which you can perform these stunts close to the ground.

Actually, all you need is a single engine pilot's license and a plane rated for acrobatic maneuvers - meaning the money to buy a light weight strong plane with an over powered engine or finding someone who will trust you in their plane.
Basically, you practice the maneuvers at high altitude and as you become good enough, bring them closer to the ground.

First you'll need to see if you suffer from vertigo ( Dont worry hardly anyone does) Just incase what you need to do is go to your local airdrome and see how much it costs for a acrobat flight. Once that plane lands and you step out without tripping over or vomiting (Your on your way) Your local airdrome might even publish lessons if your willing to pay there price.
