Dose this mean " i want you" or "i love you"...
My puerto rican friend told me it means " i love you" but when i put it throught a translation website it came back as meaning "i want you"...so confused!!

"te quiero" is more like "i love you". when u say "i want you" it implies property, or "i want your body", but "te quiero" is more tender, but it doesn't mean "i'm in love with you", ("te amo" means that)

its slang really, it means i love u, but word for word traslations means i want u
