My younger brother is dressing up as a "Prom Queen" for a Halloween party and I'm meant to be helping him. I'm looking for ideas of what I could do with his hair.... it's about 5-6 inches long which gives me something to work with. Any ideas of what I could do with his real hair, or should I just get a wig from Walmart?

You should get him a nice wig of long curly blonde hair and just make him look like a real prom queen.

I think a nice wig would probably be better. It'll make him look more feminine. I have short pixie cut, but I don't think he's going to want to cut his hair like that!! Your best bet is probably to just grab a nice wig. Have him go with you, so he can try them on and see which looks better.
