That's what it seems the deal was - not to evangelize - at least officially. I don't think it'll stop anyone. They'll find other ways to do it. Maybe by going through another country. It's a relatively open country so I'm not sure how they would enforce it.

Besides, you figure they are risking time in an Afghan jail - or worse. Time in a South Korean jail is a threat?

South Korea is a *huge* missionary country. I think I read that they send out more missionaries now than *any* other country. I think South Korea sends more missionaries here (to the US) now than we send there.
