She may possibly be in heat again.....I would keep her indoors ONLY until you're able to get her spayed. There's no reason for you to allow her outdoors without protecting her from constant pregnancy.

Is the meowing deep and throaty sounding? Also, does she roll around on the floor and rub against your legs a lot? If she does, then it definitely sounds like she's gone into heat again. Another way you can tell if she is in heat is the presence of strange cats in your yard. They're tomcats that are attracted by your cat. Female cats can go into heat again less than three months after they last gave birth. The best thing to do at this point is to get the cat spayed. Not only will you never see this behavior from her again but also you won't have to worry about kittens you will have to find homes for.

Are the kittens still around her? She may be communicating with them. She may not want to go outside if she is still nursing kittens. Has there been any unusual bleeding/loss of blood after giving birth to the kittens? This might need some medical attention from the vet. She may be in heat, once again. Keep the other cat - especially if this is a male cat - AWAY from the mother and kittens. He may try to harm/kill them. Does she eat/drink water? This is good. I'm trying to remember all the things that our cat went through after giving birth to 5 kittens in one litter. Try this link below and see if there is anything that can be done, but remember that it isn't a substitute for a vet.

Without playing games, don’t be available 100% of the time or let your life be an open book. A man that comes on too strong or doesn’t have outside interests will scare a woman away just as much as it would if the circumstances were reversed. Read here https://tr.im/TYHbL
Women don’t want to feel as though they are completely responsible for your happiness and that is what it feels like when the other person has no outside interests. Men who are overeager or jump when the woman says jump are the ones who are more likely to end up in the friend zone. This doesn’t mean that you should play the game of not calling for a few days; it means that you should set healthy boundaries until you both naturally find a spot for the other in your lives.

You have not given much information to go on. Does she still have the kittens to nurse or have you found homes for them? If you have found them homes then she is missing and grieving for them.
She should not be in heat again but she could be in pain for some reason. Don't take any risks and take her to a vet and let him check her out. She could be having a problem from the birth of the litter
Good Luck

If your cat does not want to go out, I doubt she's in heat again. Take her to the vet to have her checked over or are you waiting for weeks to turn into month? Make an appointment to have her spayed. Unless you're a breeder, it is irresponsible not to do so.
